Failed Order: 4 Easy Steps to Reactivate your Order.
Have you received a failed order notification? This would normally lead to your HaynesPro license being temporally suspended but don’t worry! Follow these easy steps to reactivate your subscription and process the payment quickly.
Enter your email address as your username (Do not use your HaynesPro username).
Enter your password (Do not use your HaynesPro password).
NB: If you forgot your password, use the “Lost your password?” link to reset your password. You are welcome to contact our customer support for further assistance.
Step 2: Select Your Order:
Navigate to the “Orders” section in your account.
Locate the failed order and click on “Pay.”
Step 3: Process Your Order:
Confirm all your details are correct.
Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Click on “Renew Subscription” to proceed.
Step 4: Make Your Payment:
You’ll be redirected to the PayFast portal.
Choose your preferred payment method.
Enter your card details and click on “Pay.”
Approve the payment notification in your banking app.
NB: Once completed and the payment has been processed notify our Customer Support that the payment has passed so we can reactivate your HaynesPro license.
