Your HaynesPro licence is valid for 1 year from date of activation. If you do not renew your licence your login details will expire and you will be unable to log into HaynesPro.

• Full Payment: This option allows you to pay for the full year subscription upfront, which will work out to be more cost-effective than paying monthly. This option is for the workshops that like to make only one payment per year.

• Split Payment: This option lets you split the full payment amount over two monthly instalments. This option is best suited for workshops that can't afford one full payment but do not want to pay monthly.

• Monthly Payment: This is the best option for workshops that like the convenance of smaller monthly payments. Monthly debits are processed automatically, and your subscription is renewed automatically.

There are no additional fees for updates or any other reason.

HaynesPro can be used on any device with an internet connection, the number of devices that can be logged in at one time will depend on the “Users".

• 1 User: Only allows for 1 device to be logged in at a time. If two users log in at the same time the first user will be logged out automatically.

• 4 User: Up to 4 devices can be logged in at the same time. Each user will receive their own unique login details. The master user has full control and can add, edit and delete the three additional users as needed.

There are three versions that cover following vehicle sets:

• Car Edition: Covers passenger vehicles under 3.5 tons.

• Truck Edition: Covers commercial vehicles over 3.5 tons.

• Motorcycle Edition: Covers motorcycles and shooters.

HaynesPro is not downloadable due to the risk that the information will be copied and sold illicitly. However, you are able to print out many sections of the data. HaynesPro is an online system that requires an internet connection, this allows you to use the system on almost any device and receive updates immediately as they are released.

During working hours, it normally is created within 3 hours after we receive your payment. We will definitely create it the same day and send you your login details via email.

If you would like to continue using the HaynesPro system you will need to renew your subscription, if you choose not to renew your login details will expire and you will lose access to the HaynesPro database.
